I'm here. Does that count for my 20 minutes?

I don't feel like I have much to contribute just yet. I have no motivational words of wisdom to share. So, here's a little about...

Me: Sarah-mother, wife...blah blah blah, the usual.
Confession: I used to be a gym rat and now I don't care about it at all.
Disclaimer: I'm committing to 90 days only. We'll see about the rest.
Goal: I'm hoping that in those 90 days I'll rediscover what it was that I loved about working out and have the desire to continue with the other 270 days.

  1. Well either you will remember how much you loved it or be turned off for life. Remember easy does it. Only 20 minutes a day. Are you going to follow the routine or do your own thing?
