What was I thinking?!?

So I thought if I publicly announced my reasons for committing to Fitness 360 it will actually force me to follow through, and maybe some others out there can sympathize. . .

1) I have an office job for the first time in my life, and if I don't jump around for at least 20 minutes before I go to work I will NEVER get anything done.
2) Be proud of myself for committing to such a long endeavor.
3) Look totally sexxxy.
4) Help with long-term Haiti reconstruction efforts, because people have short-term memories when it comes to natural disasters.
5)What's your inspiration?

  1. It came to me suddenly that I wanted to make a change with the way that I approach fitness. I want to make it an every day thing and less of a huge hurtle that I face every other day.
