Monday - I'll take a 20 minute run
Tuesday - gym workout 60 minutes
Weds - Train at home from the sidebar recommendations
Thursday - half hour swim
Friday - Back to the gym
Sat - 20 minute run
Sunday - work out at home again
I'm also going to look for a yoga class to take once a week. I think the stretching will be good for me as I am waaaaay to tight.
i'll be at the gym later doing the bike for a half hour...followed by some stretching and abs...including some side bends...i'm trying to do the 30 mile ride for roswell on june 26th..
