HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will begin by working out for 20 minutes a day or the equivalent.

Every week Fitness Collective will post a new workout for the week or you can create your own workout. We invite you to log on and share your progress with the group.

It's all about all of us working together, cheering for each other and cheering for Haiti

Here an example weekly workout. You can tailor it to fit your lifestyle and ability. If you aren't a member of Fitness Collective or another gym, think about signing up for a class a couple of times a week to make sure you are conditioning all of your muscles. Pilates, yoga, spin and boxing are great work-outs.

• Monday:
Take a 20 minute run or fast walk for 20 minutes
• Tuesday:
Jump rope for 1 minute
Do 25 crunches
Do 10 push ups (on your knees is okay)
(Do three repetitions of each exercise)
•Wednesday:
Work out at the gym or take a class
•Thursday:
20 walking lunges
100 jumping jacks
20 leg lifts (on your back)
10 push ups
(Do three repetitions of each exercise)
•Friday
Take a 20 minute run or fast walk for 20 minutes.
•Saturday:
Work out at the gym or take a class.
•Sunday:
Choose any one day from above list.
